This Vintage Royal Charter 2-piece Wood Hutch by Ethan Allen, is In Good Resale Condition, with only *Minor* Signs of Wear & Tear, and it has it's Original Oak Finish.
It's Dimensions (for Home-Spatial Footprint Reference)= 76 1/4' H x 55" W x 19" D (widest & Deepest Furniture part= Bottom of Hutch/Base Piece).
This 2-piece Hutch Features: A Sturdy, Heavy & Solid Design with 3 Glass Doors on the Upper Hutch Piece, that open to inside Cabinets with 1 Long adjustable Height Shelf. This Shelf and the Bottom of Cabinet wood - - Along with the Wood Surface that is open Below the Top Cabinets All have the Grooves in the Wood for Displaying You Fine China, Collectors Sets, or Favorite Plates - So You Can Enjoy them as Functional Art Year Round. The Bottom Piece of the Hutch Features a layer of 3 Drawers, and 3 Additional Cabinets below those, with Doors and 1 Long Built-in 1/2 Shelf.
We acquired this piece for Resale Purposes, from a Very Sweet Couple, Rob & Jackie, in Erie that were downsizing to move. They bought this piece originally in New Condition, in the 1970's, and respectfully cared for this piece, keeping it in really great condition throughout time, filling it with loving, happy vibes & memories.
